Strong covers are designed to provide reliable solutions for outdoor events of different sizes. Available in two sizes, these structures are completely independent of the stage, offering robust and safe protection for performers and equipment against the elements.

COMMON FEATURES
Load-bearing metal structure, with lifting system via winches, completely independent from the stage, with the following characteristics:
- Materials: high-strength steel and anticorodal aluminum alloy to ensure maximum resistance and lightness.
- Protective treatments:
- Columns: hot galvanized.
- Perimeter: sandblasting, metallization and gray painting.
- Load-bearing columns: 4 made with high-strength square steel trusses, complete with base, 4 stabilizing feet, trolley and lifting pulley holder.
- Manual lifting winch: with a capacity of 1,150 kg.
- Sliding trolleys: 4 in steel, connected to the lifting winch via certified anti-twist steel cable, with the function of raising or lowering the roof. The travel stop elements inserted in each column allow the trolley to obtain a position at minimum level from the ground for the assembly of the roof components and at a predefined maximum level for performances on the stage below.
- Perimeter beams and central beam: made with high-resistance steel trusses, designed to support the weight of the lighting system, anchored to the trolleys via joining elements. For specific needs of concentrated loads, it is possible to tension the beams using steel cables.
- Roof: gable, designed to drain rainwater to the sides of the structure. Made up of anticorodal aluminum alloy beams, resting in the seats of the lateral beams and the central beam, blocked by pins. They serve as a support for the cover sheet.
- Covering sheet: class 2 fireproof PVC, divided into two pieces joined by an aluminum profile. Fixed to the structure with a rope passing between the rings inserted in the sheet and the perimeter trusses of the structure. Further fixed to some central beams to avoid fanning. The cover is complete with valance on all sides.
- Wind resistance: 28 m/s.
