The rotating platforms allow you to make the best use of the exhibition space.
The Donatello rotating platform is an innovative solution designed to enhance exhibitions and presentations, with a base body of Ø 1 m, a weight of 110 kg, and a maximum load capacity of 3,000 kg evenly distributed. Equipped with a powerful motor, it ensures smooth and steady movement, ideal for showcasing products and new features. Additionally, supplementary wooden tops can be applied to increase the display surface, thus adapting to various needs.
- Supporting base Ø 1 m: metal structure in black painted steel, with a weight of 110 kg and a height of 25 cm. The base is equipped with adjustable feet for perfect levelling of the platform, threaded holes for fixing the table top and slots for the insertion of stabilising feet, which are necessary to guarantee stability when additional table tops are used. If no additional table tops are provided, an aluminised aluminium table top Ø 1 m, thickness 3 mm is available.
- Supplementary shelves: used to increase the display area, they are made of demountable elements to facilitate transport and assembly. For larger diameters, a steel frame subdivided into segments is applied as a support base for the shelves.
Additional tops available:- Ø 1.45 m, Ø 1.95 m, Ø 2.40 m: supported by simple stabilising feet inserted into the frame to optimise stability.
- Ø 2.95 m, Ø 3.95 m, Ø 4.95 m: supported by stabilising feet with wheels, which support the steel frame around the perimeter.
If a larger supporting surface is required to display a bulky but lightweight article, only the additional shelf can be used.
Customised shelves can be made on request.
- Maximum height: varies according to the products to be displayed and their shape. For example, for a floor of Ø 1.95 m, the maximum height can be up to 80 cm from the floor. For a floor of Ø 2.95 m, if a large motorbike is to be displayed, we recommend keeping the maximum height at 50 cm.
- Motor: directly connected to the speed reducer, with a power consumption of 0.25 kW - 220 V single-phase.
- Rotation: transmitted to the slewing ring by the gearbox.
- Electrical control panel: equipped with a 10-metre cable for connection to the electrical mains, the panel is built to standard and includes emergency buttons. Commands can be given manually from the panel or by remote control, with START/STOP buttons.
- Capacity: the load on the Ø 1 m platform is 3,000 kg evenly distributed, guaranteed by company tests. As the diameter increases, the load capacity decreases proportionally. The shape of the exposed product must not protrude from the circular support surface. For unevenly distributed products, such as a car, the load capacity decreases further.
- Compliance: This is not limited to the materials, but concerns the entire machine.
- 1400 RPM motor = 1 full rotation of the platform every 70 seconds;
- 900 RPM motor = 1 full rotation of the platform every 100 seconds.
- When connecting the motor to 380 V three-phase, the power is nearly doubled; in this case, the drive requires an electronic system for controlled acceleration at startup and deceleration at stop (inverter with potentiometer).
- 8 stabilizer feet to be inserted directly into the platform’s frame, designed based on the diameter of the platform’s support surface.
- Support surfaces are custom-made based on the weight, diameter, and shape of the product to be displayed.
- Inverter with potentiometer for controlled speed adjustment.
