Winter Gazebo Extremely robust, it supports heavy loads and is suitable for permanent installations. It can be certified as a fixed structure.
- Material: hot-dip galvanized high tensile steel.
- Pyramid hip, tunnel, shed roof.
- Sizes: 4x4 m - 5x5 m - 6x6 m
- On request rectangular and octagonal shape.
When it rains, rainwater is collected by the perimeter channels, which are specially designed to channel the flow of water.
This water, once in the channels, is directed and discharged into the support columns, which are structures designed not only to support the weight of the building, but also to effectively manage stormwater drainage.
The Winter gazebo, extremely sturdy, is ideal for permanent installations due to the high quality of the materials used, ensuring resistance to heavy loads. Upon request, it can be designed and certified to meet specific accidental loads for the installation site, such as wind, snow, and seismic activity, making it suitable for authorization as a permanent structure in compliance with NTC 2018 regulations (optional).
Disassemblable structure:
- Material: high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel
- Dimensions and weight:
- 4 x 4 m, weight 457 kg
- 5 x 5 m, weight 625 kg
- 6 x 6 m, weight 832 kg
- Standard column height: 2.50 m, adjustable on request (as desired), with the possibility of increasing up to 2.70 m. Beyond this height, it is advisable to add reinforcement struts
- Adjustable columns: tubes with a 10 cm adjustment range to compensate for ground unevenness
- Perimeter channels: self-supporting sheet metal for collecting and directing rainwater into the support columns
- Pyramid roof: made with 8 tubes of Ø 60 mm. Other configurations available upon request
- Cover sheet: flame-retardant PVC class 2, standard ivory color, secured inside the perimeter channels with rope
Reference standards
Selvoline gazebos are designed and manufactured in compliance with current regulations: D.M. January 17, 2018 (NTC 2018), EN 13782, EN 1090-1, and UNI 11580.
Accompanying documentation:
- Overall structure drawing
- Flame-retardant certificate for the cover sheet
- Technical report signed by a qualified technician, including the verification of operating loads according to EN 13782 standards with the following values:
- Snow load: 60 kg/m² with drainage systems ensuring that the snow layer on the cover does not exceed a thickness of h=20 cm, or alternatively, activating the heating system in time to maintain the necessary snow melting temperature (12°C)
- Wind Vref = 28 m/s
- Declaration of conformity, declaration of performance (DoP), and CE label
- User manual and maintenance booklet, including assembly phases and spare parts manual (if necessary)
Assembly
The assembly is simple and quick. It is recommended to assemble the roof, complete with cover, on the ground and then lift it using mechanical means to attach the columns. Multiple gazebos, each with independent covers, can be combined to form a single structure. During assembly, by adjusting the height of the central column, rainwater can be directed exclusively into the perimeter columns.
- Anti-peeling polyester coating, applied after hot-dip galvanisation.
- Sliding side curtains in fire-resistant PVC, with the option to integrate transparent crystal windows.
- Valance available in straight, wavy, corrugated, or castellated versions.
- Doors available in hinged or sliding versions.
- Ventilation chimneys.
- Weights and anchors, such as planters, concrete blocks, expansion bolts, or stakes, must be sized according to the use and installation location.
WINTER GAZEBO LINKED TOGETHER - Rainwater is collected through the self-bearing eave gutters and conveyed into the supporting pillars. Equipped with panic doors.
Eco Wood platform in flameproof wood (inside) and Eco Slim System platform with aluminum walking surface (outside).
Installed at the Faculty of Engineering - Alma Mater Studiorum (University of Bologna) in October 2013.
Winter gazebos (6x6 m each) with reinforced shed roofs linked together. The Winter gazebo is a simple, sturdy, and multipurpose structure that can be set up in a variety of configurations to meet any kind of request.
Winter gazebos can be linked together (each one is supplied with its own tarpaulin) to form a single structure. Eave gutters collect rainwater and convey it into the supporting pillars.
Winter Gazebo with a single-pitch roof, designed for the extension of the restaurant dining area. The structure is made of steel with a surface treatment of hot-dip galvanisation and polyester coating for outdoor use, integrated into the existing wooden structure.
The roof cover is made of fire-retardant class 2 blackout PVC, fixed inside the perimeter channels using a rope and aluminium track.
The side curtains are drop-down, mounted on a manual roller, and made of transparent crystal material.
