DESCRIPTION
Steel platform.
Suggestions of use: sloping or multi-level stages, catwalks for stages, podiums, staircases, tables, ramps, mobile wheeled platforms.
SPECIFICATION
- load-bearing frame: press-formed steel profile, with hexagonal screw inserts for fastening of walking surfaces and guardrails; dividing tubular cross-bars and press-formed plate for supporting thin walking surfaces.
- the frame is suitable for guardrail fixing with a resistance to the horizontal load of 300 kg/m in compliance with NTC 2018 (see p. 25).
- standard modules and weights: 50 x 50 cm (6.5 kg); 50 x 100 cm (9.4 kg); 50 x 200 cm (18 kg); 100 x 100 cm (14.8 kg); 100 x 200 cm (26.8 kg); 125 x 250 cm (42 kg); 150 x 150 cm (33.3 kg). Customized dimensions to be agreed.
- quick-lock assembly system.
- legs consisting of tilting feet and extensions in anodized aluminium.
- minimum height: 12.5 cm.
- maximum height: 115 cm. A 24-cm foot can be used to reach a greater height and compensate for uneven ground.
- adjustable height both from the top and bottom thanks to tilting feet, with or without walking surfaces laid. For very high platforms the pre-configuration for the adjustment from the top must be required upon order.
- perfect adaptability to sloping and uneven ground.
- different kinds of flooring materials (see p. 24).
- suitable for earthing connection with earth terminal available on request.
- storage: 10 stacked platforms have a thickness of 109 cm (feet removed and walking surfaces excluded).
FINISHES
- standard: cataphoresis, colour black (for indoor use).
- on request: additional polyester painting (for outdoor temporary installations) or zinc metallizing (for outdoor permanent installations).
REFERENCE REGULATION
Selvoline® platforms are designed and manufactured in compliance with the Italian Ministerial Decree of 17 January 2018 (NTC 2018) and EN 13814.

- drawing of the whole structure.
- certificate for walking surfaces (if required).
- technical report signed by a qualified technician and a test of working load value of 600 kg/m² for safety reasons and resistance to the horizontal load of 300 kg/m on guardrails.
- declaration of conformity, declaration of performance (DoP) and CE label.
- use and maintenance manual with assembly steps and spare parts manual, which contains the details of the inspections required and any change/extension of the structure over time.
