Covers Selvoline’s Covers join the utility of cover from atmospheric agents with an enjoyable beauty realized also with high quality materials that fit themselves to stages of different dimensions. The roofing canvas, made of class 2 fire-resistent PVC, is fixed to the structure with a cord passing through the suitably provided rings of the straps. In case of short performances, the canvas can be fixed with elasticized fittings. Selvoline®’s products line boasts in his range of solutions the EASY cover and the SPRINT self-supporting cover. The EASY cover is ideal to cover stages of m 4x6 and 4x8. Its name means it can be extremely easily mounted with bayonet fittings in bushes fixed to columns of modular stage. The SPRINT represents an important development in field of self-supporting covers. Ideal for stages of m 6x8, 8x10, 8x12 is extremely easily assembled with bayonet fitting so also pack and transport are easy. To permit the maximum strenght and lightness possible, high strenght steel and aluminium are used.

Easy cover

Coperture This roofing has been developed for stages in standard dimensions. At the moment roofings measuring m 4 x 6 e m 4 x 8 are available. They can be extremely easily mounted with bayonet fittings in bushes fixed to the columns of the De Luxe modular stage. STRUCTURE’S ELEMENTS AND ASSEMBLY : SUPPORTING COLUMNS: lower in the rear (m 2,60), higher in the front (h m 3,10) in order to obtain a sloping roof. CONNECTING BEAMS: palced on the stage and sloped as the pitch. BEARING BEAMS: in the rear and in the front. Bearing and connecting trusses are rigidly anchored to one another with four braces inserted in the corners of the pith. THE CROSS PIECES: fixed with pins support the small trusses in aluminuim for hanging up the roofing canvas. THE ROOFING CANVAS: made of class 2 fire-resistent material, is fixed to the structure with a cord passing through the suitably provided rings of the straps. In case of short performances the canvas can be fixed with elasticised fittings. OPTIONALS: class 2 fireproof canvas in PVC for wings and backdrops.

Sprint self-supporting cover independent from the stage

Gazebi in traliccio The Selvoline® has now added an innovative self supporting structure to its vast range of products for roofing stage measuring m 6 x 8 e m 8 x 10, extremely easily assembled with bayonet fitting. The assembling time has been reduced to a few tens of minutes and at the same time we have a simple structure that is easy to transport and pack. ELEMENTS comprising the structure and its assembly: nr. 4 BASE SUPPORTS made of steel with stabilizer feet and lifting WINCH (80 cm height from the ground – 900 kg capacity). A SERIES OF HOLES arranged vertically, has been made in the base support to adjust the COLUMN in the supporting ground is uneven. nr. 4 SUPPORT AND GUIDE COLUMNS made of aluminium. The two rear ones are lower to create a sloping roof for rain run-off. The pulley support for the LIFTING CABLE is fixed to the end of each column. nr. 4 SLIDING CARRIAGES made of steel, connected to the lifting winch with not-twist steel CABLE to raise or lower the roof. The pins inserted in each column permit the carriage to obtain positioning at a minimum level from the ground (for the operation of assembling the roof components) and at a maximum pre-defined level (for shows on the stage beneath). The RETICULAR PERIMETER BEAMS, after their lifting, are anchored to the aliminium pillars with pins. The perimeter is composed of 1 BEAM with a triangular front section, 1 BEAM with a triangular rear section and 2 FALT lateral BEAMS. The CANVAS roofing SUPPORT is realized with aluminium support pipes on the front and at the back. The ROOFING CANVAS, made of cass 2 fire- resistent PVC, is fixed to the structure with a cord passing through the suitably provided rings of the straps. After use, the DISMANTLING OPERATIONS are performed just as simply and rapidly as for the assembly.
